Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Solution Advisor to join our Grand Prairie, TX team. This full-time, on-site role will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, recommending the most effective solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of these solutions. As a Technical Solution Advisor, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients in making informed decisions that drive their business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on server and storage solutions, working closely with clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
- Solution Design & Proposal: Analyze client needs and business challenges to design and propose tailored technical solutions that meet their objectives efficiently.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of server and storage technologies, understanding deployment strategies, capabilities, and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring continuous support, satisfaction, and resolution of any technical issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports detailing client interactions, solution recommendations, and implementation progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in server and storage solutions, with the ability to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions to clients’ business challenges.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in server and storage technologies from leading data center equipment manufacturers are highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical advisory, sales engineering, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
