Our Policy

    • Eligibility for Return
      Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. Returns are discouraged, as they contribute to increased prices for everyone. We urge you to make your purchases thoughtfully. However, in the event of a defect or quality issue, we will gladly assist you.

    • Condition of Items for Return
      To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, including all original packaging and materials. Please ensure the item is in resellable condition to facilitate the return process.

    • Non-Returnable Items
      We do not accept returns on the following items:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Intimate or sanitary products
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
      • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Opened  Software 
    • Special Custom built
    • Health and personal care items

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately to resolve any such issues. Our quality control processes ensure that defects are rare, but if they occur, we are here to support you.

Return Authorization (RA) Process

All returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must request an RA number before returning any merchandise. The RA number is necessary for us to track and process your return.

    • How to Request an RA:

      • To request an RA number, please email us at main@Whitehorsedistribution.com.
      • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with an RA number and additional instructions on how to return the item.
    • Return Shipment Policies:

      • Defective Products: Defective products must be returned for replacement only with the same product or model. Please ensure the product is in its original factory carton with all original packing materials.
      • Return Authorization on Shipment: The RA number must be written on the shipping label, not on the carton itself. Please do not write directly on the product packaging.
      • Return Shipping Costs: Returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. We will not accept returns shipped freight collect, nor products returned without an RA number or not meeting the criteria outlined.
      • Return Authorization Expiry: RA numbers are valid for 14 days only. Products returned after the RA expiration will not be accepted.

Refund Process

    • Inspection & Approval: Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a return. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products. To exchange an item, please contact us at [email address] and follow the return process as outlined.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items purchased with a discount are not eligible for refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

    • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Shipping Insurance: For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
